What this page is not
OTAless publishes only what Kip & Nook states on their own listing page: the facts above and nothing else. There are no guest ratings here, no prose about the property and no media, and there will be none until the manager claims the listing and supplies them.
How prices are computed
Lowest rate the manager has published. Your dates may cost more; the real price is on their site. The "from" figure is the lowest nightly rate the manager published on that listing page when we last fetched it. It excludes taxes, cleaning and other fees, it is not a quote, and it is not live availability.
Checked on the manager's own listing page 4 days ago (2026-10-27 13:48 UTC).
Book direct
From £325 a night
Lowest rate the manager has published. Your dates may cost more; the real price is on their site.
Continue opens this stay on Kip & Nook's own site, where you choose dates and see the real price. You book and pay there: OTAless adds no fee. We record only that a handoff happened.
OTAless finds the property manager's own website. Booking direct often costs less because there is no platform fee, but it isn't guaranteed: compare the final price on their site.
