remove <your domain>. Nothing else is needed; claim or remove says what removal does - Claim a site

claim <your domain>if you want to hear when it is; it signs you up for nothing else - Correct a fact
- the address of the OTAless page and what is wrong. Facts are read from the manager's own site, so a fix there also reaches us when the page is next read
- Privacy
- what you want deleted or want to know about; the privacy page lists what is stored
- Security
- subject
security, with what you found and how to reproduce it. Please do not access data that is not yours or degrade the service while testing; good-faith research within those limits is welcome, and we ask for a reasonable chance to fix an issue before it is made public - Suggest a site
- a holiday rental, villa, guesthouse or small hotel that takes bookings on its own website: the suggest page takes the address, no mail needed

What to expect
A person reads every message. Removals are carried out as soon as they are read; for everything else we aim to reply within a few working days, and sometimes it takes longer.
We cannot help with a booking, a payment, a cancellation or a refund: those are between you and the manager, on the manager's own site. Please contact them there.
